King·Casey created an integrated menuboard and merchandising system along with a distinctive brand identity for Subway's Fresh Value Meals.
The Results
The integrated menuboard and merchandising system has increased Subway's average check size through greater sales of Fresh Value Meals, speeded up the customer's ordering time and positioned Subway as the undisputed category leader in providing "Better for You" menu offerings.
